| Buccaneers Plus Square Dance Club established October 3, 1965 |
| Ivan Midlam founded the Buccaneers Plus square dance club over 40 years ago. It is a "caller-controlled club", meaning that it is managed by the caller, rather than a board of club members. Ivan designed it this way so that the dancers could come, dance, and enjoy themselves without the worry of running the club. All Plus level square dancers are welcome, as couples or as a single. In June of 2005, Ivan Midlam officially retired and Roger Putzler became the caller of the club. |
